License Will Help Support Hong Kong Clients with Immediate Capital in Compliance with Hong Kong’s Governing Contractual Laws

High West Capital Partners, a leading investment firm specializing in global financial distress, special situations, and structured finance, today announced that it has received approval from the Hong Kong Licensing Court under the Money Lenders Ordinance, Chapter 163 of the
Laws of Hong Kong (“MLO”) to be a licensed money lender in Hong Kong. The license further enhances High West Capital Partners’s ability to carry money-lending business in the Asian market and deliver financial services in the form of liquidities for clients who are in need of immediate funding options.

“At HWCP, we provide financing options for any market across Asia, Middle East Africa & Europe because our customers deserve clear information about their purchase intentions before making such an important decision with high-risk loans that could change their life forever!” said High West Capital Partners’ management. “Licensing by Hong Kong MLO will enable High West Capital Partners to support Hong Kong companies with immediate capital, generate income for themselves, and create stable long term growth conditions.”

To date, High West Capital Partners has provided reliable funding services for over 100 companies, in over 20 international markets. The organization opened its inaugural branch in Singapore, and has since expanded to 20+ markets spanning from South America to Europe and the Asia-Pacific.

There are more than 2,300 licensed money lenders in Hong Kong. These outside banking system entities provide an alternative source for individuals and companies to finance their needs.

High West Capital Partners is proud to join the list of responsible and regulated non-bank lenders under the Hong Kong MLO. It hopes to strengthen its position in the market, as a Hong Kong-centric lender. All funds versus loans are held in Hong Kong with the option to lend and settle in multiple currencies and crypto.

“Additionally, we are setting up in Taiwan to make funding more accessible locally. We can provide capital in many frontier and emerging markets as opposed to bulge bracket banks and firms who only service developed markets.”
